Repair and service interventions are a reliable part of the scope of services.
The after-sales service is not only a department for the support of Chriwa customers after the sale of a water treatment system, but rather supports the Chriwa philosophy of achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

Reliable spare parts service

With a quantitatively and qualitatively well-stocked warehouse, Chriwa can provide a large part of the required wear and spare parts immediately. Units and components can also be delivered at short notice.

Operating and auxiliary materials for water treatment as well as filter materials such as special activated carbon type Chriwacarbon LF, quartz filter sands/gravels Chriwasan, filter materials for the removal of metallic trace elements type ChriwaFilt or exchange resins are usually available in sufficient quantities and can also be delivered immediately if required.

Most of the filter materials in our product range have been certified and approved for use in the beverage and mineral water industry. Preventive maintenance and servicing measures to ensure optimum operational readiness and functionality of all system components are carried out by our supra-regional service network.

 

Ensuring operational readiness and avoiding downtime costs

Regular, continuous inspection work can also be ensured in the form of a maintenance contract. The individual maintenance assignments are planned, scheduled and controlled by Chriwa in consultation with the customer. In this way, downtimes and follow-up costs are avoided, optimum operational readiness and safety are ensured and the value of the supplied system components is maintained.

However, after-sales service does not only include the delivery of wear/spare parts or filter materials and aggregates, but also effective support in the event of customs clearance problems through fast response times and/or the sending of documentation or other documents.

In any case, we are available with advice and assistance for any kind of water treatment questions and can be reached almost around the clock due to a high level of accessibility.
