Preventive and quick action pays off

Regular preventive maintenance and servicing measures to ensure the operational readiness and functionality of our systems are carried out by our supra-regional service network, usually within the framework of a maintenance contract.

For many countries, our service team holds permanent visas in order to provide immediate assistance to our customers in case of emergencies, supported by locally available personnel and partners.

Thanks to a well-stocked spare parts warehouse, CUSS can provide most of the wear and spare parts required immediately. Units and components can also be delivered at short notice. In some countries, we have set up on-site parts and material warehouses to avoid waiting times for shipping and customs clearance.

It is our goal to maintain high quality functionality and to keep CUSS equipment in good condition. Downtime is kept to a minimum.

Repair and service interventions are a reliable part of the service scope

An experienced team is responsible for the coordination of shipping, documentation as well as the organisation of certain regionally required certificates (such as GOST-R).

We are happy to offer you operating and auxiliary materials, chemicals, filter materials such as special activated carbon or ion exchange resin. These materials can also be provided immediately from stock if required.

Our customer portal enables uncomplicated ordering and fast delivery of spare parts.

parts.cuss.de is the interface for our existing customers to quickly and easily access the material lists and lists of their projects. There, the individual parts are listed with wear specifications and their position in the system is marked. Orders for the individual parts can then be prepared via a shop system. In addition, it also provides a clear overview of the entire system and thus facilitates maintenance work.
