Process visualisation
During operation, our process visualisation system provides transparency for all processes and the collection of operating data. All relevant processes are mapped, logged and evaluated in various statistics.
Chriwa Holding plants are commissioned on site by our qualified technicians and engineers. The basis for our sophisticated visualisation and operating data acquisition systems is the sophisticated SCADA IGSS and WinCC.
User-friendly operation of the plant control system
The user-friendly operation of the plant control system is usually carried out via touch panels or centrally via the visualisation of the control computers. We supply plant control systems ranging from manual to fully automatic. The fully controlled processes always ensure the highest possible product water quality. Internet technology, remote diagnosis tools and flexible alarm systems ensure smooth plant operation. Long-term archives and a modern reporting system make it possible to evaluate historical data at any time.
Years of experience in the use of visualisation systems
With more than 20 years of experience with our customers, the basic SCADA system we use, IGSS (Interactive Graphical SCADA System), has proven itself outstandingly. The visualisation system meets the demanding requirements of industrial plants. The project planning of the SCADA system (System Control and Data Acquisition) is mainly based on user experience and customer coordination and is a valuable tool for archiving and verifying plant-related events and measurements.
Main features of the CUSS visualisation system are:
- Observation of events (such as fault alarms).
- Curves and trends
- Zooming, export of data in CSV format, curves as mail
- Flexible alarm system
- Customised or standard reports
- Creation of event-based reports (to be saved as XLS, PDF, XPS, HTML)
We use one of the most modern and secure SCADA systems on the market. Dynamic system images with colour changes to display the object status, as well as acoustic signals in case of malfunctions are standard. Our SCADA system can also be used for third-party systems!
