For the water supply of the "most modern dairy in Europe", Chriwa supplied the complete water treatment technology from the transfer of the city water to the delivery of the different water qualities to the consumers within the dairy.
At the heart of the plant are the multi-stage, yield-optimised reverse osmosis systems for the treatment of the process water as well as the storage and distribution of the water required in the plant.
A further, highly efficient post-treatment system is available to supply the steam generation. A redundant plant design was chosen to ensure supply security, and the plant technology was planned and designed according to hygienic aspects. The complete plant technology was planned and manufactured at the head office in Hambühren, installed by Chriwa and commissioned in terms of process engineering.
