Education & Training
Achieving sustainable success together
An essential step in the successful installation of a water treatment plant is the training of the future operating personnel. Depending on the type and complexity of the system, the duration, content and scope of the training is tailored to the new system.
In addition to explaining the process engineering basics, practical training on the plant is a focal point of the training. Here, the operators are introduced to the plant step by step until they are able to understand the process and operate the plant themselves.
This also includes instruction in safety-relevant tasks, such as handling chemicals. But operation via the central control unit also plays a major role.
Training for the maintenance of the machine components is also part of the training. The learning progress can be checked and recorded by means of tests.
The focal points of the training are summarised as follows:
- Theoretical instruction for water-technical and process-relevant basics
- Explanation of the plant process
- Operation and control of the plant
- Operational control and analyses
- Safety training
- Maintenance & servicing of the plant
The installation and commissioning of our plants are supervised by our experienced commissioning engineers. Likewise, the proper instruction and training of the operating personnel at your site is carried out by our commissioning engineers in parallel with and following the commissioning. This, together with technically detailed, comprehensive documentation, guarantees the flawless operation of the system.
