Chriwa Group - Water matters. We care.

Concept development

Chriwa does not design and deliver standard or mass-produced water treatment plants, but "tailor-made" plants, i.e. optimally adapted to the respective task.

To this end, a needs analysis is first carried out together with the customer - usually on site - in order to determine:

is required in the overall process. In addition, the entire environment from raw water extraction to the subsequent use of pure water is assessed and incorporated into the overall concept for the intended treatment. This ensures that the treatment plant is not unnecessarily overdimensioned, but also not too small, and still supplies the desired quantity of water with the optimum water quality at all times.

Water analyses as the basis for project planning

In addition to the actual physic-chemical and microbiological water analysis, both the raw water source and the desired pure water use have a significant influence on the design of the respective required process technology. The water analysis of a renowned certified laboratory is mostly provided by the customer. If such an analysis is not (yet) available, Chriwa can partly carry out its own analyses on site or in the company's own laboratory or arrange for or have special analyses going beyond this carried out in independent certified laboratories.

After installation and commissioning, this naturally also applies to the necessary control analyses, which document the proper operation of the new treatment plant.

Of course, Chriwa water treatment plants are equipped with a variety of online analysis devices, which either simply document certain parameters (in connection with a Chriwa - process visualisation), trigger an alarm if limit values are exceeded or not reached, or also intervene directly (via the PLC) in the control system and thus take on a monitoring and control function.
