Process visualisation
Chriwa Holding plants are commissioned on site by our qualified technicians and engineers. During operation, our process visualisation system ensures transparency for all processes and the collection of operating data.
The complete plant technology is dynamically mapped in our SCADA systems, logged and then available in various statistics on request. The basis for our sophisticated visualisation and operating data acquisition systems are the SCADA systems SIMATIC WinCC and IGSS.
User-friendly operation of the plant control system
User-friendly operation of the plant control system is usually carried out locally via touch panels and centrally via the SCADA system. With a SCADA system, they ensure the highest possible product water quality with seamlessly traceable process data, thus serving to ensure smooth plant operation. From the single-user solution to the redundant multi-user system with chip card login, we implement the functionalities and requirements desired by the customer.
With more than 30 years of experience with our customers, the SCADA systems we use have proven their worth. The SCADA systems are customised by us to meet customer requirements.
Example of a process visualisation for a project in Germany:
Here are the main focuses of the SCADA system:
- Operation and monitoring of process sequences
- Very high system performance which makes it possible to display and process entire operating complexes in the SCADA system.
- Archiving and evaluation of process data
- Traceability of system statuses and characteristics
- Reporting and forwarding of critical process states
- In the case of very large plants, a central system for several operating stations "multi-user system" which considerably reduces the maintenance and servicing effort. Also web-based possible
- Possible integration into existing customer authentication systems (e.g. chip card logon)
- Redundant set-up possible
Curves and trends Display of archive data
- Creation of curves during operation
- Creation of user-defined curves
- Selection of predefined curves
- Data export directly from the curve as (.csv)
Flexible reporting system
- Historical and current message lists
- Operators can customise and optimise alarm and limit values in the system
- Targeted search/filter for past messages
- Analyse the accumulation of past messages to optimise plant operation
- Maintenance messages
- Export messages
Customised or standard reports
- Easy report configuration
- No programming required
- Drag and drop objects into the report
- Create your own reports in EXCEL
- Use any data source for visualisation
- Create event-based reports
Back to the past/future - IGSS Playback
- A unique feature of the IGSS visualisation system is the playback function. This allows the SCADA system to run in real time with archived data from the past. This opens up unimagined possibilities for optimising and analysing process flows and reconstructing past events.
- Go back to any point in time (depending on the archiving period set) and see what really happened.
Connection to external systems
Open interfaces such as OPC Unified Architecture (OPC UA) allow data exchange with external systems independent of the platform.
